The I.T. Help Desk Analyst Training Program is designed for individuals who want to start a career in Information Technology with little to no previous experience. This program provides practical, job-focused training to help students build the technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and professional communication needed to succeed in an entry-level IT support role.
Students will learn how to support users in real-world business environments, troubleshoot common hardware and software issues, work with operating systems, understand networking fundamentals, use Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 tools, and follow industry-standard help desk processes.
