First Time Pass Guarantee Policy
This policy applies only to certification training programs where the First Time Pass Guarantee is clearly stated at the time of enrollment. By enrolling in an eligible certification program, the student acknowledges and agrees to all terms, conditions, deadlines, requirements, limitations, and exclusions set out below.
Important: This guarantee is intended only for students who fully follow the required process, complete all required preparation, and write their official certification exam within the required deadlines. It is not automatic, and all eligibility requirements must be met in full.
Purpose of the Guarantee
The First Time Pass Guarantee is offered to support serious students who fully complete the training process and meet all conditions established by C Tech Training. This guarantee is not a refund policy and does not apply to students who fail to meet even one requirement.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify under this policy, the student must satisfy all of the following requirements in full:
- Fully complete the certification program, including all classes, recordings, mock exams, quizzes, assignments, and required activities determined by C Tech Training.
- Pay all tuition, fees, and outstanding balances in full.
- Complete all required mock exams, quizzes, and assessments assigned for that certification program.
- Achieve the required passing score on three consecutive approved mock exam attempts, with no failed attempts in between.
- Use only mock exams issued, assigned, hosted, or approved by C Tech Training.
- Complete all qualifying mock exam attempts independently, under timed conditions, and without unauthorized assistance.
- Write the official certification exam within 72 hours of achieving the third consecutive qualifying passing mock exam result.
- Write the official certification exam within 30 calendar days of the official course completion date.
- Where two deadlines apply, the earlier deadline will govern.
- Provide all documents requested by C Tech Training, including time-stamped PDF mock results, proof of booking, official exam date, and official result.
- Submit any claim in writing within 5 calendar days of the official exam result date, together with all required supporting documents.
When the Guarantee Is Void
- The student does not complete all required course activities.
- The student does not complete all required mock exams or assessments.
- The student does not achieve the required passing score three consecutive times.
- The student does not write the official exam within the required timeline.
- The student does not provide all required supporting documents.
- The student receives unauthorized help or breaches any course or exam rule.
- The student misses, cancels, postpones, or reschedules the official exam attempt.
- The student has any unpaid balance.
- The student is suspended, removed, or found in violation of any C Tech Training policy.
- The official exam is invalidated, cancelled, revoked, incomplete, affected by misconduct, remote proctoring issues, or student-caused technical issues.
Additional Student Responsibilities
- Booking, payment, scheduling, identification, travel, internet connection, device readiness, and compliance with the certification vendor's rules are the sole responsibility of the student.
- C Tech Training is not responsible for certification vendor policy changes, exam objective changes, format changes, pricing changes, or exam availability.
- The guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original registered student and the specific eligible certification program.
- C Tech Training reserves the right to review all records, verify compliance, and determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
What the Guarantee Provides
If C Tech Training determines that the student has fully satisfied all requirements under this policy, C Tech Training will provide the following remedy only:
- One exam voucher to cover the cost of a second official certification exam attempt.
Important: This guarantee does not provide a refund, cash payment, transfer credit, or any substitute benefit. The only remedy available under this policy is one second exam voucher, if approved by C Tech Training.
No Refund Policy
No refund will be issued under any circumstance.
- This applies regardless of the student's performance, circumstances, delays, claim outcome, or any other situation.
- The First Time Pass Guarantee is not a refund guarantee.
- All payments made for certification programs remain final.
C Tech Training reserves the sole and final right to interpret this policy, verify compliance, determine eligibility, and approve or deny any claim under the First Time Pass Guarantee. All decisions made by C Tech Training are final and binding.
