Role-Based Training Policy
This policy applies to role-based training programs offered by C Tech Training. By enrolling in a role-based program, the student acknowledges and agrees to all terms, conditions, responsibilities, and limitations set out below.
Important: All students must watch the course introduction video and ask any questions before making payment. Once payment is made, the student is deemed to have understood and accepted the course structure, delivery method, expectations, and all applicable terms and policies.
Before You Enroll
Role-based training programs are designed to build practical, job-related skills. These programs are not certification guarantee programs and do not include a first-time pass guarantee.
- Students must review the course details carefully before payment.
- Students must watch the full course introduction video before enrolling.
- Any questions about the course must be asked before payment is made.
- By making payment, the student accepts the program as described.
Job Support
Role-based training programs may include job support guidance for up to 6 months after successful course completion, where applicable to the specific program.
- Resume support and ATS-friendly resume guidance.
- LinkedIn profile optimization guidance.
- Guidance on recruiter outreach and job search strategy.
- General support and advice related to entry-level job searching.
Important: C Tech Training provides guidance and support only. C Tech Training does not guarantee employment, interviews, job offers, or placement. The responsibility to apply, network, and pursue opportunities remains entirely with the student.
Student Responsibilities and Requirements
To remain in good standing and to receive any available course support, the student must meet all program requirements, including but not limited to the following:
- Complete and submit all assignments within the instructor-defined timeframe.
- Complete all quizzes within the required time period.
- Complete all course exams and required evaluations as directed by the instructor.
- Pursue any recommended certifications within the timeframe set by the instructor, where applicable.
- Maintain all tuition payments according to the agreed payment schedule.
- Follow all C Tech Training rules, policies, classroom expectations, and conduct requirements.
- Stay informed of any new or updated rules released by C Tech Training.
Your Responsibility as a Student
- Actively apply for jobs using an ATS-compatible resume.
- Reach out to recruiters and build professional connections.
- Complete coursework, assignments, quizzes, and exams on time.
- Watch the full course intro video before enrollment.
- Ask all necessary questions before payment is made.
- Independently register for and pursue recommended certifications where applicable.
- Keep tuition payments current and paid on time.
- Comply with all current and future C Tech Training policies.
Refund Policy
All payments made for role-based training programs are final.
- No refund will be issued under any circumstance.
- This applies regardless of withdrawal, personal circumstances, scheduling issues, or any other reason.
- Once payment is made, the enrollment is considered confirmed and final.
Non-Transfer Policy
Enrollment in a role-based training program is strictly non-transferable.
- The enrollment applies only to the original registered student.
- The course seat, payment, and access cannot be transferred, shared, or reassigned to another person.
- No exceptions will be made under any circumstance.
Compliance With Policies and Rules
By enrolling in a role-based training program, the student agrees to comply with all current C Tech Training policies, as well as any future rules, updates, requirements, procedures, or conduct standards introduced by C Tech Training.
Failure to comply with C Tech Training policies may result in suspension or removal from support, course resources, student services, or related benefits, without refund.
C Tech Training reserves the right to update, revise, or introduce policies at any time, and it is the student's responsibility to remain informed and compliant.
C Tech Training reserves the sole and final right to interpret this policy, determine eligibility for any course support, and enforce all terms outlined above. All decisions made by C Tech Training are final and binding.
